- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil

Instructions:
Preparing the Marinade:
- In a large bowl, combine yogurt, gram flour, ginger-garlic paste, lemon juice, red chili powder, turmeric powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, garam masala, chaat masala, salt, and vegetable oil.
- Whisk the ingredients together until they form a smooth and thick marinade.
- Add the paneer cubes, bell peppers, and onions to the marinade.
- Gently coat the paneer and vegetables with the marinade, ensuring they are well-covered.
- Cover the bowl and let it marinate in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour. For best results, marinate overnight.
- Preheat your grill or oven to medium-high heat.
- If using skewers, thread the marinated paneer, bell peppers, and onions onto the skewers in any desired pattern.
- Grill the skewers for 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally, until the paneer and vegetables are lightly charred and cooked through. Alternatively, you can bake them in a preheated oven at 200°C (400°F) for 15-20 minutes or until cooked.
- Once cooked, remove the Paneer Tikka skewers from the grill or oven.
- Garnish with freshly chopped coriander leaves.
- Serve hot with lemon wedges and onion rings on the side.
- Paneer Tikka can be enjoyed as an appetizer or paired with naan, roti, or rice as a main course.
